Established in October 1999, Inficare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been a trusted technology partner delivering innovative software solutions that align with its vision - “Look Beyond the Possible.”

With deep domain expertise and a commitment to excellence, Inficare began its journey by developing specialized Result Processing Software. Over the years, the company has evolved into a comprehensive solutions provider, driven by innovation, teamwork, and customer-centric values.

In 2004, Inficare expanded its services by introducing Result Processing as a Process Outsourcing solution, empowering small and medium-sized educational institutions to adopt computerized and efficient result management systems.

Recognizing the growing need for cloud-based solutions, Inficare introduced Whiiz ERP in 2021 — a comprehensive platform designed for higher education institutions. The software has since evolved into a fully cloud-based ERP system, offering enhanced accessibility, scalability, and performance.

Today, Inficare Solutions offers a suite of software solutions designed to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and optimize communication across institutions. Our products and services deliver measurable results — improving operational performance while reducing costs and complexity.

As the Director of Inficare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and one of its driving forces, Sandeep Shah plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people-centric and service-oriented culture. With a hands-on approach, he oversees Human Resources and client support, ensuring that every engagement reflects Inficare’s commitment to excellence and reliability.  

He believes that strong relationships and clear communication are the foundations of lasting partnerships. His ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into practical technology solutions has been instrumental in the company’s sustained growth and customer satisfaction.  

Under his direction, Inficare continues to build trust through consistent service delivery, responsive support, and a collaborative team environment that empowers both employees and clients to achieve more.
Deepak Shah is the Founder of Inficare Solutions Pvt Ltd, bringing over 25 years of experience in technology, business process design, and leadership. With a deep understanding of the functioning of Higher Education Institutions — including key areas such as Admissions, Examination & Results, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), and Payroll — he has been instrumental in developing solutions that align technology with institutional needs.

 He combines his strong technical foundation with robust accounting and financial process expertise, enabling him to bridge operational, academic, and administrative workflows seamlessly. His vision and commitment to innovation continue to drive Inficare Solutions toward delivering efficient, scalable, and transformative solutions for the education sector.
